Tiffany Leavy serves as “of counsel” to the firm and is licensed in Texas, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Tiffany has served in a wide range of roles throughout her career—from administrative judge to in-house counsel—offering a unique and comprehensive perspective on the law.
Tiffany handles a diverse portfolio of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, healthcare law, and risk management. Her career spans multiple industries and disciplines, including ERISA law, employment law, SEC enforcement, business law, healthcare law, and Estates. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ability to simplify complex issues, and commitment to ethical advocacy.
A proud Texas native, Tiffany earned her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and holds a B.A. in English Composition with departmental honors in Classical Rhetoric from Texas Wesleyan University. She currently resides in Aledo, Texas, with her family.
